Are you experiencing disrupted relationships, financial problems, physical problems, or even legal difficulties? Are your social and/or professional goals limited by your over-involvement with a substance or an addictive process?
If you have concerns about yourself in relation to use of alcohol, substances or any other potentially harmful process (gambling, spending, eating), it is likely time to talk it over with a neutral party.
In a non-judgmental environment, we will assess the level of difficulty you may be having, and together explore what may help. Sometimes this involves family members who can be helped by supportive counseling to take a more productive stance, and hence be a catalyst for positive change.
If you are in recovery already, there are often issues that are unresolved from your past. I fully support people to explore these issues in therapy, and encourage them to integrate their recovery program at all times in the work.
